drawYoung Kang, a seventh grade student at Roslyn Middle School, won a Silver Medal in drawing in the national Scholastic Art and Writing Awards. His award places him among the top one percent of more than 250,000 submissions nationwide. In the same competition, Ludia Ock, a junior at Roslyn High School, won a regional Silver Key Award.
