For those Roslyn-area residents who would like to see one of their most accomplished natives perform her music live, Sheri Miller will be unveiling her new tune, “February 14 (I Don’t Want A Valentine)” on Monday, Feb. 10, 8 p.m. at Rockwood Music Hall, Stage 3, located on 185 Orchard St. in lower Manhattan.
Miller, a Roslyn High School graduate, who has released two highly acclaimed albums, Mantra and Winning Hand, has, as is evident, written the new song for the big February holiday. She will be accompanied by longtime band members Will Lee on bass, Shawn Pelton on drums, Larry Saltzman on ukeleles and Giulio Carmassi on horns. The song is available on iTunes and on Amazon.
