Satisfy The Hungry Heart Benefit Concert

On Sunday, April 19 at 4 p.m., Trinity Episcopal Church in Roslyn will host a special concert featuring the choir of Trinity Church, the Newman Singers of the Long Island University (LIU) Post Interfaith Chapel and Postlude: A Vocal Ensemble, with Martha Regelmann, choir director. The three fine paintings by local artist Aleta Crawford that inspired the music selected for this benefit concert will also be on display.Hungry_03415A

Admission is free. The community is invited to join as church members feed Hungry Hearts with inspiration in the music and words sung by these choral groups. Local residents are invited also to feed the hearts and bodies of others by contributing non-perishable food items and/or financial donations to the Harry Chapin Long Island Cares Food Bank.

Trinity Church is at 1579 Northern Blvd., Roslyn, just east of the Roslyn Viaduct. There will be a post-concert meet-and-greet with complimentary refreshments. For further information, call 516-621-7925.
