Roslyn High School Homecoming

The annual Roslyn High School Homecoming celebration will take place on Saturday, Sept. 24. The community is invited to enjoy the Homecoming parade beginning at 12:15 p.m. in front of Roslyn High School. The parade will go through the Village of Roslyn and conclude at the high school.

Participating in the parade are the Roslyn fire departments, students, staff, parents, clubs and teams.

Principal Dr. Scott Andrews encourages the community to carry their enthusiasm and spirit from the parade into the football game, scheduled to begin at 2 p.m., and cheer on the Roslyn Bulldogs against Valley Stream North. Opening ceremonies begin at 1:30 p.m. before the game. The Marching Bulldogs will perform during halftime.

All of the Roslyn schools will be celebrating Spirit Week in anticipation of Homecoming. The community is encouraged to watch the girls’ JV volleyball game at 4:30 p.m., boys’ JV soccer team at 4:30 p.m. or girls’ tennis team play at 4:15 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 23. The girls varsity soccer team will have a home game at 10 a.m. on Saturday.
