Nassau County police have confirmed that a rock-throwing incident did take place on Roslyn Road on Wednesday, Sept. 30. Police confirmed that a Selden resident had the rear window of his car shattered, the front windsheild cracked and the hood scratched by a rock thrown from the railroad bridge that passes over Roslyn Road. An investigation is ongoing.
