Opry is the author of seven collections of poetry. Her work has appeared in numerous anthologies, journals, magazines and newspapers, including The Hudson Review and The New York Times.

Her program last April at Clark filled the room to capacity. Many who attended were amazed at the hidden talents of the many different types of readers that day – young and old. If you think you don’t like poetry, give it a chance and enjoy a surprising afternoon.
