The exhibit will be on view from April 20 through September 7, 2014. In addition to letters written by one woman to save her family, the exhibit will provide a historical context, including background on transports to Vichy and Camp Gurs, conditions in Europe, refuge in Shanghai, and other topics, revealing an unfamiliar side of Holocaust history. Artwork from Camp Gurs will also be on display.
