Roslyn Chamber of Commerce members are still feeling overwhelmed by the tremendous success of the performance by The Beatles’ tribute band, Liverpool Shuffle that took place recently at Roslyn Pond Park.
Now, fall is around the corner and the chamber will hold the first meeting of the season on Tuesday, Sept. 16 at 6:30 p.m. at CareConnect, 220 Northern Blvd., East Hills.
The evening will feature a talk entitled, “Understanding the Health Insurance Marketplace and the Affordable Care Act.”

Rachelle Neuwirth, Manager, Direct Initiatives, from North Shore LIJ- Care Connect Insurance Company will clarify the changing landscape of New York’s health insurance market and explain the various policies and ways to purchase the most suitable coverage to meet your needs.
In addition, CareConnect will be serving a light dinner consisting of wraps, side salads and soft drinks.
