Woman Robbed In Roslyn Driveway


crimeNassau County police are searching for three men in connection with a robbery in Roslyn on Friday, Oct. 10. Police said at 3:45 p.m., a 62-year-old woman activated her garage to her Bridle Path home and proceeded to drive her car inside the garage. As she exited her vehicle, two black males entered the garage, police said.

According to police, one subject grabbed the victim from behind as the second subject demanded her jewelry and money. The subjects fled with the proceeds in a blue Jeep Cherokee with grey body side molding, driven by an unknown third subject.

Police described one subject as 6-feet-tall, wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, khaki shorts, and sneakers. The other subject was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt, dark sweat pants and black sneakers, authorities said. No injuries were reported.
