A special real estate program for residents of the Town Of North Hempstead is coming to a library near you. The program is the return of the popular “What to Know Before Buying or Selling A Home” educational series hosted by the town’s building department.

There are five scheduled seminars in the month of April at multiple locations. The presentation will teach attendees how to understand which permits and certificates they will need in order to close the sale of their home.

Wednesday, April 6

Shelter Rock Library located at 165 Searingtown Rd., Albertson at 7 p.m.

Monday, April 11

Port Washington Library located at 165 Library Dr., Port Washington at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, April 12

Hillside Public Library located at 155 Lakeville Rd., New Hyde Park at 7 p.m.

Monday, April 18

Manhasset Public Library located at 30 Onderdonk Ave., Manhasset at 7 p.m.

Tuesday, April 26

Westbury Memorial Public Library located at 445 Jefferson St., Westbury at 7 p.m.
